Job Summary
We are hiring a
Back Office Executive - Operations & Sales
for coordination, reporting, sales follow-ups, client support, and deployment activities. The role is best suited for a candidate who is disciplined, proactive, and confident in communication.
The candidate must be comfortable working in:
? Operations back-office processes
? Client coordination & follow-ups
? Social media communication
? Calls + Emails
? Live presentations / service pitching (as needed)
Key Responsibilities1) Back Office Operations
Handle daily operational support tasks and internal coordination.
Maintain proper records, trackers, and reporting sheets.
Maintain and update client / candidate data.
Support smooth execution of workflow and operations.
2) Sales Support & Client Follow-Up
Communicate with clients/prospects through:
Calls / follow-ups
Emails and WhatsApp
Social media (LinkedIn / Facebook etc.)
Assist in lead conversion and client onboarding.
Support the manager in business development activities.
3) Deployment / Coordination Support
Assist in candidate coordination and deployment activities.
Coordinate between sales team, operations team, and customers.
Ensure timely updates, confirmations and reporting.
4) Documentation & Presentation
Prepare and maintain:
Proposals / service details
Reports / trackers
Basic presentations (PPT) for sales support
Participate in live presentations/discussions if required.
5) Reporting
Daily report submission to manager.
Weekly performance summary and target completion update.
Training & Payroll Structure (Same as Above)

Phase 1: Training / Evaluation
First 15 Days = Training period
No payroll during first 15 days

Phase 2: Paid Stipend
After completion of 15 training days:
