The purpose of the Back Office Executive (Operations) is to facilitate the day-to-day operations, record-keeping, coordination with in-house departments, and ensuring a smooth running of administrative processes. The job role centers on accuracy, quality, and adherence to company procedures.

Major Responsibilities:-

Manage daily back office and administrative operations

Keep and maintain records, databases, and files accurately

Process orders, invoices, bills, and operational reports

Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Accounts Departments, etc.

Observe the workflows in operations and make timely completion of all task-related activities a priority.

Writing MIS reports, summarizing, and status updates

Ensure adherence to corporate policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

Deal with mail activities, data entry, file handling

Uncover process gaps and facilitate enhancements for the operations performed by the business.

Help the management in operation planning and implementation

Skills and Competencies Required

Well-developed organizational and time management capabilities

Precision and accuracy:-

Good communication (written as well as verbal)

Microsoft Office Suite skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency

Basic knowledge of operational procedures

Multitasking and being able to work on deadlines

Team player with a problem-solving approach

Educational Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related disciplines.

Operations or administration credentials are a plus.

Experience:-

0-2 years of experience related to back office or administration
