Job Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day back-office operations for mutual fund and insurance clients
Processing SIP/STP/SWP/Redemption/Insurance forms and ensuring timely submissions
Coordinating with AMCs, insurance companies, and clients for KYC, documentation, and follow-ups
Managing client data, MIS reports, and maintaining systematic records
Supporting in preparing investment summaries, policy schedules, and reports
Handling client servicing calls and responding to routine queries
Sending timely reminders for renewals, SIPs, insurance premiums, etc.
Assisting in organizing client campaigns, meetings, and follow-up tasks

Candidate Profile:
Female candidate preferred
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or similar background preferred)
Basic knowledge of mutual funds and insurance is an advantage
Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Detail-oriented, punctual, and responsible
Willing to learn and grow with the business
