Handle daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, files, and processing paperwork.
Provide information and support to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates through phone, email, written communication, or in person.
Communicate with clients and external parties, representing the organization in a professional manner.
File, organize, and retrieve company documents, records, and reports.
Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) and share regular reports with the manager.
