Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage data, maintain records, and assist in ensuring smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities



Handle data entry, processing, and management with accuracy. Maintain, update, and organize company databases, records, and files. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Support front office staff by providing necessary administrative and backend assistance. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflow and resolve queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements



12th, Under graduation, Graduation Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role. Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
