Key Responsibilities
Attend
incoming calls
and respond politely to customer/vendor queries
Maintain
call records and follow-up sheets
Handle
basic back office work
(data entry, emails, file management)
Coordinate with
sales, production, and dispatch teams
Prepare simple
Excel sheets
(orders, leads, invoices, follow-ups)
Assist in
daily office administration
tasks
Support senior staff with documentation and reporting
Eligibility & Skills
Female candidates only
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, Email
Good
communication skills
(Hindi & Gujarati mandatory, English basic)
Polite, patient, and well-organized
Willingness to learn and multitask

0-2 years experience preferred (not mandatory)

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Salary / Stipend
Full-time:
?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
Internship:
