We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Female) to handle back-end operations, including tender documentation, billing, data entry, and GeM portal activities. The candidate must be well-organized, capable of following strict deadlines, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders (online and offline)
Handling billing activities including invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents
Accurate data entry and maintenance of records in Excel and internal systems
Managing GeM portal activities such as product listing, bid participation, order processing, and documentation
Monitoring deadlines for tenders, billing, and compliance-related tasks and ensuring timely completion
Coordinating with accounts, sales, and project teams for required information
Maintaining proper filing (physical and digital) of all documents
Responding to emails and official communications related to tenders and orders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in back office, tender handling, or billing work
Knowledge of GeM portal operations is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy
Basic understanding of GST and invoicing is an added advantage
