Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation
Support front office, sales, HR, and accounts departments
Process invoices, purchase orders, and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors via email and phone
Maintain MIS reports and daily operational updates
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
