We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to work under direct supervision and assist with listing and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with English knowledge and good in MS Excel. This position requires someone who can manage data efficiently, maintain accurate records, and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product, service, or inventory listings on various platforms.
Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and regularly maintained.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets for product details, inventory, and order tracking.
Perform accurate data entry and handle other administrative duties.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation as required.
Respond to internal queries and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Provide assistance with additional back-office operations as needed.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Prior experience in back office, administration, or data-related roles preferred.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, spreadsheet management, formulas).
Good command of English (written ).
High attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling large data sets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred: Knowledge of marketplace listings (Amazon, Etsy, Flipkart, etc.) will be a plus.
