Work Responsibilities :-

Dealing With Sensitive & Private Information Of Numerous Customers Securely And With Confidentiality.

Handling And Resolving Customer Complaints Over The Phone In A Timely Manner.

To Receive Records Of All Disbursements Done At All Four Locations And Maintain a Database In Excel.

Managing Risk & Compliance Team and Adhering their Compliances For ME Requirement

Providing Customers With Relevant Products And Services To Help With Their Suitable Needs.

Maintains Relationships With Clients By Providing Support, Information, And Guidance, Presentation.

Proper Documentation And File Management.

Address Customer Concerns By Providing A Viable Solution.

Skills:-

Strong Communication (Both Oral And Written) And Negotiation Skills And Ability To Articulate Own Point Of View. Relationship Management. Basic Computer. Self-Motivated. Commercial Awareness. Problem Solving.
