Position
We seek a dedicated and service-oriented Executive for our Back Office/Operations department. A successful candidate will be key to delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring efficient patient registration, accurate account management, and seamless communication with other departments. You will work closely with the clinical team to maintain records, handle queries, and manage billing, all while adhering to strict security and confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities

• Patient Admission

• Execute orders from the Head of Department (HOD).
• Collate essential information, including doctor visits and equipment details, from the Clinical Department.
• Handle patient billing and maintain a 24-hour turnaround time (TAT).
• Communicate with patients regarding reports and maintain detailed records of daily activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Handling Queries

• Address patient queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
• Manage the hospital's mailbox, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university or college.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer relations, preferably within healthcare or the hospitality industry.
• Ability to type at a speed of at least 40 words per minute.
