Handling daily back-office operations and administrative tasks
Data entry, record maintenance, and updating internal databases
Coordinating with internal teams for documentation, reports, and follow-ups
Managing emails, preparing MIS reports, and maintaining files
Assisting in customer query resolution by coordinating with relevant departments
Preparing letters, statements, and basic office correspondence
Supporting HR/Accounts/Operations team as required
Ensuring timely submission of reports and maintaining confidentiality of data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Positive attitude, discipline, and strong organisational skills
Experience:
0-2 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)
