We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Back Office Executive
to support our daily operations. The main responsibilities include
procurement coordination, documentation, and preparing presentations
. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have good command over
English understanding
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain
procurement-related documents
Assist in
tender documentation
and filing
Create
presentations
(PowerPoint) as required
Manage and update company records and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents
Requirements:
English understanding is a must
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of procurement/tenders is an advantage
Freshers and
interns with good understanding
