1) Implementing solar applications and managing the national subsidy portal for clients.
2) Calling prospects to convert them into promising leads effectively.
3) Maintaining records of maintenance services and updating maintenance cards regularly to ensure timely maintenance activities.
4) Booking customer complaints and coordinating with the operations team for resolution.
5) Managing all documentation related to office operations efficiently.
6) Manage and maintain records of company documents and correspondence.
7) Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
8) Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
