Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory, Back Office & Accounts Executive to support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle documentation, and record-keeping in company systems or software.
Maintain and update customer/client information in databases
Assist in processing orders, entries, and client follow-ups.
Coordinate withother teams for daily tasks.
Manage emails, documentation filing, and maintain confidential records.
Assist in KYC and other compliance-related documentation,
Reconcile data and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Support in client tracking, or updates (as required).
Perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, mailing, and correspondence.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in inventory/back office/accounts
Proficient in NSE, BSE and other related software.
Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com/M.Com)
Attention to detail and organized work style
Experience in Stock Broking firm is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
