Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain vehicle sales/service documentation and records.
Enter and update data related to vehicle inventory, customer details, service history, and transactions into the system.
Coordinate with front office, sales, service, and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and workflow.
Handle customer queries via phone/email related to service appointments, vehicle delivery status, insurance, RTO registration, etc.
Assist in preparing reports related to sales performance, service schedules, stock levels, and compliance.
Monitor and follow up on pending documentation like vehicle registration, insurance claims, RTO work, etc.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Support internal audits and inventory checks.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
