About the Role

detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive
to support our operations and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth data management, and assisting in day-to-day back-end processes that keep the organization running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately maintain and update
records, documents, and databases
.
Perform
data entry tasks
and manage spreadsheets using
MS Excel
.
Handle daily administrative responsibilities and coordinate across departments.
Assist in preparing
reports, presentations, and documentation
for internal use.
Monitor, organize, and respond to
emails and internal communications
.
Ensure
timely, accurate, and secure data processing
.
Maintain
confidentiality of sensitive company information
.
Key Requirements
Prior experience in a
back office or administrative role
(preferred, not mandatory).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic computer applications.
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
.
Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and work independently
.
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
.
