Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in CRM or ERP systems.
Coordinate with sales, service, and inventory teams for smooth order processing and vehicle delivery.
Handle documentation related to vehicle registration, insurance, invoicing, warranty, and loan processing.
Monitor stock availability and manage internal logistics records.
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with dealers, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and service activity.
Support the finance team in processing payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all back-office operations.
