We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Back Office Executive
to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, data entry, and supporting internal departments with smooth back-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records, documents, and databases accurately.
Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets using MS Excel.
Handle routine administrative work and coordinate with different departments.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
Monitor and respond to emails and internal communications.
Ensure timely and accurate data processing.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a back office or administrative role preferred.
Proficient in
MS Excel
.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Educational Qualification: 12th & Graduate preferred.
