Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Back Office Executive to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong data handling skills, good communication abilities, and experience in maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage MS Office tasks (Excel, Word, basic reporting)
Draft emails and handle professional communication
Coordinate with internal departments for daily tasks
Maintain file management and documentation
Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion
Provide general administrative and back-office support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Good communication and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Work Details
Salary: Up to ₹15,000
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday
Bond: 1-year stability bond required
