Manage and maintain company databases, records, and files accurately.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Perform data entry, verification, and management tasks.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and official communication.
Assist in preparing financial records, invoices, and basic accounting tasks.
Support the HR/Accounts/Sales/Operations team with administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Perform any other back-office support duties as assigned by management.
