5. Speaking to the clients on phone and handling customer service.

The job responsibilities involve all the essential behind-the-scenes administrative, data management, and operational tasks that support front-office staff and ensure smooth company workflow, including data entry, report generation, financial processing (invoices/receipts), documentation, inventory control, and coordination with other departments, all while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
