We look to hire individual for the position of Back Office Executive for our company.
Job Responsibilities :
Track orders, follow up with vendors/delivery partners, and update status records.
Coordinate with customers via email, WhatsApp and calls.
Prepare routine reports, lists, and documentation in Excel.
Enter and update daily data in the system.
Maintain office inventory and ensure supplies are up to date.
Support the team with printing, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks.
Assist in posting basic content on social media platforms.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Approach work with flexibility and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
Basic English communication (spoken & written).
Good computer skills (Excel, email).
Social media / Graphic design knowledge will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
