Graduate in any discipline (B.Com /B.Sc. preferred)

/ Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day back office operations and claim/networking support
Preparing, checking, and submitting
tender documents
(GeM / e-procurement portals preferred)
Coordinating with vendors, departments, and clients for tender-related requirements
Maintaining records of tenders, quotations, invoices, and official correspondence
Drafting emails, letters, and follow-up communications
Managing data entry, MIS reports, and documentation
Supporting claim, networking activities as required
Performing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Key Skills Required:
basic knowledge of
tender documentation & online tender portals
basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
basic written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle
multi-tasking
and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

As per industry standards / Based on experience
Working Hours: 10 Am to 7 Pm
