Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Handle office correspondence--emails, letters, phone calls, and messages.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office cleanliness, security, and overall administrative order.
Assist HR with onboarding and maintaining employee files.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups.
Customer & Vendor Support
Handle customer queries (email/phone) and share updates with relevant teams.
Communicate with vendors for procurement, services, payments, and documentation.
Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
