Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day back-office operations and documentation
Prepare reports, MIS, and data analysis using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, etc.)
Work on ERP software for order entry, inventory updates, invoices, purchase/sales records
Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and production teams
Maintain customer and vendor databases
Prepare quotations, delivery challans, and follow up for dispatches
Handle email correspondence and maintain proper filing systems
Support management.
Requirements
strong knowledge of Excel Formulas and data handling
Working Experience on ERP system
accuracy, speed and attention to details.
ability to multitask and work independently.
