Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation
Maintain customer records and update databases
Coordinate with the sales & service team for customer follow-ups
Perform outbound calling for customer reminders, feedback, and inquiries
Prepare Excel reports and maintain MIS
Manage customer appointments and support walk-in customers
Ensure smooth communication flow between departments
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Basic administrative knowledge
Hands-on experience with MS Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-friendly attitude
