We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive female Back Office Executive cum CRM professional with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations, maintaining customer databases, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Back Office Operations
Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for workflow updates.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Manage data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
CRM & Customer Support
Handle CRM software to update client information and track interactions.
Follow up with clients for pending documents, queries, and feedback.
Ensure timely responses to leads and maintain communication logs.
Support the sales team with customer insights and follow-up reminders.
Generate CRM-based reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office / CRM / Admin roles.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of CRM or lead management software.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
