We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Back Office & Admin Executive
(Female Preferred) to manage daily administrative tasks, maintain records, prepare documents, and coordinate with vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, good typing speed, and the ability to work accurately with data.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain databases on a regular basis; review and verify entries
Maintain purchase and sales records
Maintain daily expense records
Prepare quotations and invoices
Maintain customer records and organize data
Scan, print, and manage documents
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, purchase, and follow-ups
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all office records
Required Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred
Typing speed of
45-60 WPM
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, Internet, and Computer Operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skill
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
