Responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and supporting administrative and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for workflow efficiency.
Coordinate internal communication and workflow.
Ensure confidentiality and smooth office functioning.
Provide general support to management and staff as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
