Job Summary:



The

Back Office Executive

will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and data support to ensure smooth functioning of telecom infrastructure projects. The role involves

documentation management, data entry, coordination with field teams, vendor billing, and report generation

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a good understanding of telecom site operations and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities:1. Documentation & Data Management:



Maintain and update all

site-related documentation

, including site acquisition papers, lease agreements, EB bills, NOCs, and project completion reports. Ensure

accurate data entry

and record-keeping in ERP or project management systems. Verify and update

asset, material, and site inventory data

in coordination with the logistics and technical teams. Safeguard confidential company and vendor documents through proper filing systems (both physical and digital).

2. Coordination & Communication:



Act as a

liaison between field engineers, vendors, and internal departments

(finance, operations, and supply chain). Track

work progress, project milestones, and site status updates

from field teams. Follow up with vendors and site coordinators for

pending documentation, invoices, and reports

. Support

regional or zonal operations teams

by providing accurate and timely information.

3. Reporting & MIS:



Prepare and update

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

for management review. Generate reports related to

site status, energy consumption, rentals, O&M activities, and billing

. Assist in data analysis for performance tracking and operational efficiency improvements.

4. Vendor & Billing Support:



Assist in

vendor registration, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups

with the accounts department. Cross-verify

bills and supporting documents

for accuracy before submission. Maintain

vendor databases

and update contract details and service records regularly.

5. Administrative Support:



Handle

email correspondence

, scheduling, and coordination for project meetings. Ensure

timely submission of compliance reports

and updates to senior management. Support in

asset tracking, travel coordination

, and other office administration tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,521.90 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
