1. Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries from indiaMART, TradeIndia and other online B2B platforms
2. Upload and maintain product listings, update catelogs, pricing and availability on these portals.
3. Follows up with leads via email/phone/whatsApp, gather necessary information, clarity requirements, and liaise with the internal sales team.
