Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate data records in company systems (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Prepare, review, and maintain business documents, reports, and invoices.
Assist in handling client queries via phone/email and coordinate with the front office team.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company information.
Support in daily operations such as order processing, billing, and vendor management.
Monitor inventory, logistics, and internal reports as required.
Perform quality checks on data and reports to ensure accuracy.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
