As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's back-end operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to data management, documentation, and internal communication. Here's a more detailed breakdown of your role:
Areas of Responsibility -
1. Coordinating & collating reports of the Sales Team on a daily basis.
2. Follow up on product samples given to Schools / Coaching classes / Bookstore & tracking the status of the same.
3. Being proactive on sending welcome emails after the first visit from the Sales team. Also at the same time keeping tabs on regular updates to School as and when required.
4. Updating developments of the calendar plan of schools. This needs to be coordinated with the sales team.
5. Reminders to the sales team on School Foundation Days, Birthdays of Teachers and Festival Wishes. This will help the Sales Team to build relationships with Schools.
6. Data mining of New Schools & adding them to the database.
7. Follow up with the Sales Team on their daily activities &
updating in the system.
8. Maintaining & updating database of Teachers, School Staff, Trustees & Principals of School.
9. Maintaining archives of School events.
10. Update the records of free copies distributed to customers for promotion in ERP
11. Coordinate with the sales team and give them a gentle reminder about their daily follow-ups and update the same in ERP.
12. Handle customer inquiries regarding purchase of books and place the said orders in ERP.
13. Assist in other duties as needed and directed.
Must :
Education - Any Graduate.
Experience- 2- 3 years of experience.
Industry - Education / Publication / other similar industries
Other Skills - V lookup, Pivot table.
