- Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience as a telecaller or in back office operations is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Assist in administrative tasks and data entry

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
