Team Coordination: Coordinate with the team members to ensure efficient workflow
and resolution of issues and coordinate with clients with respect to their queries,
requirements and any other service related issues.
Office Administration: Manage general office administration tasks, including
maintaining office supplies, coordinating for courier services and ensuring a clean
and organized workspace.
Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
Invoice Preparation: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Data Management & Filing: Maintain and organize data and files, ensuring accuracy
and accessibility.
Vendor Management: Assist and maintain records of vendor contracts & keep active
communication with vendors.
Other administrative tasks as required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
