We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Back Office Executive
with proficiency in
Marathi typing
to support our daily office operations. The role involves data entry, documentation, record keeping, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and documentation in Marathi and English.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and files as per requirements.
Draft and type official letters, notices, and other documents in Marathi.
Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and office communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support the team in daily office operations, filing, and record management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
HSC / Graduate
in any stream.
Proficiency in
Marathi typing (30/40 wpm preferred)
and
basic English typing
.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred:
Prior experience in back-office / administrative roles.
Knowledge of office procedures and documentation handling.
