Role Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented

Back Office Administrator

to manage administrative tasks, data handling, and operational support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update company databases, records, and files. Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflows. Handle email correspondence and document management. Assist in compliance, audits, and maintaining statutory records. Support HR and finance teams with data entry and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management abilities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
