Basic social media knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENT
Assist and support the CRM team in their day-to-day operations.
Assist and coordinate with the client servicing team.
Conduct SM audit, document, and report to the department.
Support CRM team in handling and documenting client accounts.
Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Correct discrepancies in Social Media responses.
Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Maintain quality check of responses given by CRM team.
Assisting client servicing manager with report generation and record keeping.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
