We are seeking a motivated and efficient Back office Executive to manage our administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Book Air tickets of team as per requirement.
Assisting HR in Daily tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in coordinating office activities and operations.
Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Coordination with team, manager & Dealers.
Prepared reports on CRM & manage the data accordingly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
