We are seeking an experienced Back Office Executive to join our team in the Printer Ribbon Cartridge industry. The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing support to sales representatives, managing customer accounts, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sales industry, excellent customer service skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing customer quotes, order entry, data entry, and other related duties.
Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse for the material dispatch
Coordinate with the ASM for the all order related details also customer information.
Take follow-up with the courier team .
Do the payment recovery timely.
Prepare reports regarding sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other metrics. Track and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer data.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Requirements & Skills:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 -4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
