Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Data Management:

Perform accurate and timely data entry into various systems and databases. Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation Assist with data collection, processing, and analysis for reporting.

Administrative Support:



Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailing. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing communications

Operational Support:



Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, finance, HR, logistics) to ensure smooth workflows and information exchange. Process invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.

Problem-Solving:



Identify and resolve administrative or operational issues efficiently. Proactively anticipate needs and offer solutions to support colleagues.

Qualifications:



Education:



High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often specialized back office roles.

Experience:



Proven experience (e.g., 0-3 years) in an administrative, clerical, or back office role.
