We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Back Office Executive
to join our team.You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, and providing support to front-office teams. A
strong command of the English language
is essential, as communication (written and verbal) plays a key role in this position.
Key Responsibilities
:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company activities.
Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and report generation.
Attend and route incoming calls
to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle
basic customer or client queries
over the phone, if required.
Coordinate with internal teams via phone calls for smooth workflow and task updates.
Make
follow-up calls
to vendors, clients, or internal staff as per business requirements.
Support internal departments with administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure timely and error-free processing of routine back-office functions.
Coordinate with team members to support business operations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills
:
Basic understanding of office procedures and systems.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
