About us & Profile Description:



A growing Home Furnishing and Interior Design team in Viman Nagar is seeking a dynamic and reliable Back Office Executive to join their team. This role requires a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a flair for organization, and a willingness to take ownership of support activities. The executive will work closely with the company owner and serve as a key point of coordination across various store and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Management
o Handle the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

o Post content regularly as guided by the owner

o Engage with audience comments/messages and support online presence initiatives

Back Office & Store Support
o Assist the owner with daily administrative and operational tasks

o Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

o Maintain documentation and filing systems efficiently

Inventory Management
o Monitor stock levels and update records accurately

o Coordinate inventory movement between store and suppliers

o Training will be provided on tools and processes

Invoicing & Billing
o Assist in generating customer invoices and processing bills

o Ensure accuracy and timely record keeping

Leadership Support
o Act as the second-in-line to the company owner

o Provide proactive suggestions and assist in decision-making processes

o Be ready to step in during the owner's absence to handle essential tasks

Requirements:



Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of MS Office and social media platforms Self-motivated and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision

Working Schedule: 6 days a week. Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
