Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and sales records.
Prepare reports, invoices, and documents as required.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for data and updates.
Handle billing, filing, and data entry in showroom software.
Manage customer follow-ups and calls for pending documents or payments.
Support front office staff in day-to-day administrative work.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
Experience in automobile or showroom back-office work will be an added advantage.
