Support social media management by posting content and monitoring engagement.
Handle website updation in coordination with IT/marketing team.
Support sales team in order booking, quotation/offer preparation, and follow-ups using SAP.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, leads, and marketing data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and business writing skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Order Booking Module).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years in marketing back-office support, content writing, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of basic SEO, WordPress/website CMS, and marketing automation tools.
