Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management:
Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch activities.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
Maintain dispatch records and track shipments as required.
Invoice & Billing Checks:
Verify that all invoices are generated correctly and on time.
Maintain billing records and follow up on any discrepancies.
Support the accounts team with billing-related queries when needed.
Email Management:
Check and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Ensure clear documentation of email correspondence.
General Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
Assist with coordination between departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office, etc.).
Experience in dispatch or billing (preferred but not mandatory).
