Job Summary: -

We are seeking a smart and well-presented male candidate for the position of Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, and proficiency in mail drafting....

Key Responsibilities: -

Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. Support daily back-office operations and data management. Coordinate with internal departments and external clients via email and calls. Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

Key Requirements: -

Graduate in any discipline. 1+ years of experience in back-office or administrative roles preferred ( fresher's are also welcome ) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Smart personality and presentable appearance. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
