Responsible for all the office administration activities in Sales Back office. (Updating bookings address & id proofs, opportunity entering, sales order, quotation raising etc.)
Update all RTO related papers (form 21,form F, form 22,Form20,SL Certificate, Invoice, Delivery note, RTO data sheet, TP, EW Quotation, Agreement etc.) and to be handed over to the BDM's before the delivery of Vehicle to customers.
Coordinating sales promotional activities
Take care of all the administrative tasks of the Organization
Handle any additional tasks entrusted as and when required
Ideal Candidate be like:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word.
Time-management skills and ability to multitask
Interpersonal skills and maintaining good rapport with clients for execution of assignments.
