Perform trace or research work using various online sources and databases.
Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in Microsoft Excel.
Collect and analyze data to support operational requirements.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all back-office activities.
Identify process improvements and maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting, and basic analysis).
Strong internet research and data tracing skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
